    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS BACK OFFICE (MUMBAI)?

    • Data Entry: Entering data into the company’s systems accurately and efficiently. This includes verifying and correcting any discrepancies in the data.
    • Documentation Management: Organizing and maintaining records, files, and other important documents. This includes scanning, archiving, and retrieving documents as needed.
    • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to other teams as needed. This may include scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to emails.
    • Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
    • Quality Control: Ensuring that all work produced by the Back Office team meets the company’s quality standards. This includes reviewing work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

    SKILLS REQUIRED FOR BACK OFFICE

    • Good Communication Skill English
    • Basic MS Office
    • Good Typing Skills
    • Organizational Skills: With multiple tasks to complete and often tight deadlines, Back Office employees need to be highly organized and able to prioritize their workload effectively.

    • Customer Service: Interacting with customers over the phone, email or chat, answering their queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
    • Sales Support: Providing support to the sales team by taking customer orders, providing product information, and assisting with other sales-related tasks.
    • Order Processing: Entering orders into the company’s systems accurately and efficiently, verifying and correcting any discrepancies in the data.
    • Technical Support: Providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues with software, hardware, or other technical products over the phone or chat.
    • Feedback Management: Collecting feedback from customers, analyzing it, and providing insights to the relevant teams to help improve customer experience and satisfaction.
