- Contacting potential customers through outbound calls and introducing IndiaMART’s offerings to them.
- Educating customers about the benefits of using IndiaMART’s online marketplace for their business needs.
- Understanding customers’ requirements and providing them with customized solutions to suit their business needs.
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- Achieving sales targets by converting potential leads into customers.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR TELE ASSOCIATE?
The following are the skills required for the post:
- Communication skills: As a Tele Associate, you will be required to communicate with potential customers over the phone. You should have excellent verbal communication skills, be able to articulate your thoughts clearly, and be able to listen actively to customers’ needs.
