What You Will Be Doing As Ground Staff?
- Greeting passengers at check-in and assisting them with the check-in process, including issuing boarding passes and luggage tags.
- Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft, including directing them to their seats and ensuring that they are safely seated.
- Handling passenger inquiries and complaints, including resolving issues related to flight delays, cancellations, and lost baggage.
- Coordinating with other airline staff, including pilots, cabin crew, and maintenance personnel, to ensure that flights depart and arrive on time.
- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their luggage, including screening passengers and their baggage for prohibited items.
- Loading and unloading baggage and cargo from the aircraft, and ensuring that it is properly stowed and secured.
- Conducting pre-flight inspections of the aircraft to ensure that it is safe and ready for departure.
Skills Required For Ground Staff ?
