What You Will Be Doing As Executive- MIS, Customer Success?
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems
- Collating the data from various database sources into a structured format
- Cleaning and analyzing the the raw data to segregate it into various classifications
- Performing analysis for generating the reports on periodic basis by slicing and dicing the data, and sharing those cuts as per the requirement
- Ensure periodic and accurate update of data and MIS reports.
- Creating automated templates in Google Spreadsheets / MS Excel with use of advance Google
- Work with the guidance of senior leadership to drive process assessments and perform reporting
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide data-backed insights and validate/resolve recurring customer/process issues
What You Will Be Doing As Specialist- Sales?
- Deriving results by executing solutions that have a significant impact on end-user experience
- Working towards over-achieving monthly and quarterly targets by increasing the wallet share of existing clientele
- Working closely with Business Intelligence, Sales, Sourcing, and other cross-functional key stakeholders to achieve the experience goals
- Executing support services (internal and external) with excellence
- Resolve queries and complaints raised by Clients and Partners or employees (business or tool support)
- Develop and possess a sound understanding of Bizongo’s internal platforms
- Responsible for driving adoption through training, collecting feedback, working with Product teams to fix broken items, and implementing new features
What You Will Be Doing As Executive- Field Recovery
- Formulate strategy for recovery and conduct periodic review with credit team
- Collaborate with Credit/Collection team to provide customer profile feedback observed for delinquent cases
- Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer Issues, escalating when necessary Call/Visit Customers for overdue collection
- Understand and explain benefits of repayment and credit history of customer
What You Will Be Doing As Technical Implementation Specialist?
- Manage, escalate, and drive satisfactory resolution of customers’ technical support, service and infrastructure issues on Artwork flow.
- Manage implementation projects, where you would be expected to plan and implement workflows on the customer side before and after sales.
- Expected to take support escalations from the region and help the customer facing teams from time to time.
- Expected to be available to be on call when contacted by premium support customers for P0/P1 customer impacting issues during non-operational hours.
- Create and facilitate communication channel between product management, engineering and customer teams in AF.
- Proactively update customers about updates, upgrade and ensure necessary action to maintain availability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide virtual product training and walkthroughs to Support customers.
- Proactively monitor reporting and customer happiness scores and work towards improving them.
- Help develop and maintain best practices for implementing and supporting AF products in both internal and customer-facing Knowledge Bases.
Skills Required for the job
- Understand clients, and be their voice in the Organization, consequently driving client happiness
- Ensure Timely collections of Due receivables from the customer
- Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills desired – Graduate or above +2 years of working experience, preferred previous relevant experience
- A good Negotiator and strong personality
- A general understanding of the financial services industry (like: Banks and NBFCs)
