- Expertise in Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting of DESKTOPS / LAPTOPS, Servers , along with other Networking equipments.
- Related Software installation and application support.
- Maintain, Support, troubleshoot IT & Securiity Setups, I,e desktop/laptops, Server, Printers, Routers, Storage, Firewall, Backup, O365, Google Suite, Mails , Remote Support, Networking, Wireless, Switches, Mobile devices, etc.
- Providing support to users locally and remotely.Other Office related products , either support and get support from Support Providers
