SAIL Recruitment 2023 Notification: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has invited online applications for various Non-executive grade posts for its Steel Plant situated at Burnpur, West Bengal. Candidates having requisite educational qualification can apply for these posts including . Attendant-cum-Technician and Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler Operation) available in different disciplines including Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Welder and others. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for these posts on or before January 18, 2024.
Selection for these posts will be made on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT). However, candidates may be required to appear for Skill Test/Trade Test directly (without CBT) depending on the number of applications received for the posts.

SAIL Educational Qualification 2023
Operator-cumTechnician (Boiler Operator): Candidates should have Matriculation with 03 years (full time) diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Power Plant or Production or Instrumentation Engineering discipline from Govt. recognised institute.
First class Boiler Attendant certificate of Competency.
Attendant-cumTechnician (Boiler Attendant): Should have Matriculation with full time ITI/NAC from NCVT in the trade of Fitter/Rigger/Electrician/Turner from Govt. recognised institute.
Second Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency.
