Minimum qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales, software vendor, or a consultancy role.
- 8 years of experience managing partnerships with GSIs or consulting firms in delivering tech-enabled transformation (or) delivering consulting services to enterprise customers as part of a consulting/professional services firm.
- Experience in partner sales/development or managing sales through partner businesses, by working through pipeline, business, and deployment cycles with partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud platforms in Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).
- Experience advocating business software, with the ability to advocate cloud computing platforms and services.
- Ability to navigate in ambiguous work environments in highly matrix global organizations, and positioning/driving initiatives with a multi-level organization.
- Ability to craft a strategic vision across Business, Technology, and People.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multi-regional, dynamic team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present regularly to executive audiences.

Responsibilities
- Orchestrate various resources within Google’s organization to support capacity planning and partner recruitment activities to create and maintain a long-term, scalable channel model.
- Develop and maintain business plans with GSI leadership and executive partners to establish clear, mutual commitments around marketing, skills development, and sales.
- Build/Own end-to-end the strategic plan for the GSI to drive business growth. Grow implementation of commitments and goals established in the business plan and maintain a clear view of the business goals.
- Work with Practice Leaders and alliance teams to run a predictable business model while continuing to drive engagement delivery through the Partner.
