About the Role: Paytm is looking for Team Leader for its service team in QR / Soundbox business segment.
Expectations / Requirements:
1) Capable to handle minimum 15 to 20 FSEs.
2) Base location Geographical knowledge required.
3) Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
4) Need to drive swiping device sales in the assigned area.
5) Resolving merchant queries.
6) Drive overall engage merchant base.
7) Capable of hiring and building team.
8) Set clear team goals.
Education: Graduation (Must)
Experience: 2 years of work experience
Location – Delhi NCR, Gurugram
