- Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support for Backup and Recovery Systems and ensuring their smooth functioning. Roles & Responsibilities: – Provide technical support for Backup and Recovery Systems, ensuring their smooth functioning.- Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Backup and Recovery Systems. Professional & Technical Skills: – Proficiency in Backup and Recovery Systems.- Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems.- Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies.- Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: – The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Backup and Recovery Systems.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field.- This position is based at our Indore office.
