Business Analyst / Project Manager

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 2 to 6 years

What You’ll Do :

– Manage the full life cycle of development projects from planning, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.

– Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize project tasks, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

– Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring all project requirements are met.

– Facilitate project meetings, including daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

– Managing and resolving project issues and risks, and escalating as necessary.

– Ensuring that all project deliverables are completed with deadline, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

– Continuously monitoring and evaluating project progress and adjusting as necessary to ensure project success.

– Prepare progress reports for senior management.

– Oversee the implementation of project improvements.

– Support the team achieve sprint goals, Planning, Grooming, Retrospective meeting.

– Having agile practise on execution program is MUST.

– Assist the product owners to prioritize the backlogs.

– Remove roadblocks which helps team focus on sprint deliverables.

– Highlight blockers, sprint delivery progress to leadership team.

What You’ll Need to Have :

– Engineering Graduate with atleast 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.

– Strong experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices.

– Having experience in SDLC process added advantage.

– Good communication skills verbal and written.

– Good problem-solving skills with out of the box thinking.

– Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team in an efficient and collaborative manner.

– Possess a high degree of accountability, initiative, and sense of urgency.
