Job Description :

– Writing high-quality code with adequate testing and documentation

– Analysis and addition of required monitoring and alerting for their area of ownership

– Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of tasks

– Exhibiting good ownership

– Communication of planned changes and code reviews with code area owners.

– Building relationships with people with immediate and other partner teams.

– Coming up with new application ideas and innovations

Team Leadership :

– Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team’s success.

Project Management :

– Collaborate with product managers to plan, prioritize, and manage the frontend development tasks and projects.

– Ensure the team delivers projects on time and within budget.

Frontend Development :

– Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

– Write clean, reusable, and scalable code.

Technical Expertise :

– Stay up to date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and best practices.

– Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, making informed decisions on technology choices and architecture.

Code Reviews :

– Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintain code quality.

– Provide constructive feedback to team members to help them improve their skills and code quality.

Collaboration :

– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of frontend components.

Performance Optimization :

– Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in frontend applications, optimizing code and implementing efficient techniques to enhance user experience and page load times.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

– Collaborate with QA engineers to define and implement frontend testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests, to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Documentation :

– Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural designs, coding standards, and guidelines, to ensure knowledge sharing and code maintainability.

Continuous Improvement :

– Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

– Encourage the adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications :

– Candidates with 5 – 10 years of experience in React.js

– Good experience with Frontend Architecture

– Relevant experience in page performance, web vitals

– Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
