SCCM Infrastructure Management :
– Design, implement, and maintain SCCM infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
– Configure and manage software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment using SCCM.
Application Packaging and Deployment :
– Package and deploy applications using SCCM, ensuring compatibility and compliance with organizational standards.
– Troubleshoot and resolve application deployment issues.
Software Updates and Patch Management :
– Manage software updates and patches for servers and workstations through SCCM.
– Monitor and report on patch compliance, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure.
Operating System Deployment (OSD) :
– Develop and maintain OS deployment task sequences for new hardware and refresh scenarios.
– Customize and optimize OS images for deployment.
Endpoint Security :
– Implement and manage endpoint protection policies using SCCM.
– Collaborate with security teams to ensure endpoint security compliance.
Reporting and Documentation :
– Create and maintain documentation for SCCM configurations, processes, and procedures.
– Generate and analyze reports to assess SCCM performance and compliance.
Qualification / Skills Required :
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– Proven experience as an SCCM Administrator or similar role.
