JOB DESCRIPTION :
Senior Manager – IT
1. JOB PURPOSE
Implement IT architecture, process automation, digitization, maintenance, and enhancement of the current architecture. Provide support to new products and solutions for IT and Business initiatives. Defining and implementing strategy and architecture and leveraging information solution to address business opportunities.
Managing multiple projects in 1 critical business area, continuous interaction, and collaboration with stakeholders across verticals. Multiple interactions with internal and external stake-holders; taking appropriate decisions in the respective areas
2. Principal Accountabilities :
Busineess Growth :
– Collaborate with team to drive new vendor integration and product setup across teams
– Lead Implementation of new products with new and existing partners
– Implement the configurability aspects of technology platform of DMI technology platform
– Ensure agile deliveries of projects
– Drive Implementation of Process and technology enhancements with partners and products
– Update enhanced digital and data focused integration and processes with partners
– Functional discussion and design of new products and discussions with partners and product team
– Defining and implementing the new products
– L3 support for technical issues
– Architecture Stabilization and improvements
– Adhere to future state architecture
Stakeholder and Team Management :
– Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders through discussions, collaborations
– Implement tools for business users’ self-service and enablement
– Supports leadership in building and retaining Team through different initiatives
– Train and enable teams to make them deliver to their best capabilities and taking them to deliver extra mile
– Identify and ensure training needs of IT teams and technology needs of business teams
– Collaborate for Cross functional participation for teams to ensure business growth
External focus :
– Learn new concepts and trends in technology and BFSI world through seminars, webinars, conferences, and external collaboration
– Understand the new technologies and implement them to solve business problems
3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
Educational Qualifications :
a) Qualification
– Minimum Qualification required Bachelor of Engineering /MCA/ MBA (IT)
– Technical certification: J2EE/Salesforce/ Mulesoft
b) Work Experience
– Capability to get hands dirty and do extensive design, architecting and coding in at least 1 technology
– Highly analytical mind-set with superb problem-solving skills
– Good understanding of modern databases and information system technologies
– Agile and design thinking capability – Experimentation is 1 of top 3 requirement of job
