Project Manager / Project Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects which could be on different technology stack.

·         You will be responsible for managing project status, the resources, tasks assigned, and delivery of the tasks as per the deadline.

·         Ensures open communication across project teams.

·         Ensure that the required road blocks are addressed and are removed by communication with the team and coordinating with the required expert or department.

·         Handles broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences. Creates a forum and format for ongoing open communication within functional area or among departments..

·         Monitor the tasks and communication with the client and fill the gap between the client and the team.

·         Motivate & Mentor his team

·         Ensuring the smooth functioning of the process

·         Coordination with other departments to keep the pace the of the project
