AIESL Notification for Assistant Supervisor Post 2024: AIESL is accepting applications from Indian Nationals who meet the specified criteria as of January 1, 2024, to occupy positions as “Assistant Supervisor” at Engineering Activity Centers. The recruitment is for a “Fixed Term Employment” basis, initially spanning five years, with the possibility of extension based on the Company’s needs and the candidate’s performance. Successful candidates may be assigned to any region or station of the company in accordance with AIESL’s requirements. Additionally, a panel will be formed for potential future requirements. Assistant Supervisors will receive approximately Rs. 27,000/- as all-inclusive emoluments, which will vary over a period of five years based on the length of service/ experience.

✔️ Minimum 03 years Graduation (B.Sc/ B.Com/ B.A.) or equivalent from Govt. recognized university in any discipline. Certificate course in Computer (Minimum 01 year duration) from recognized institute. Minimum 01 year work experience in data entry / computer applications in a reputed organization after post-qualification. (OR)

✅ AIESL Graduate Engineer Trainee Salary:
During the initial year of training, the Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Support Services cadre will receive a stipend of Rs. 40,000/-. Following successful completion of training and performance evaluation/level examination, they will be designated as Assistant Engineers. Subsequently, they will receive comprehensive emoluments ranging from Rs. 59,000/- to Rs. 79,000/- per month over a span of four years (excluding the training period), contingent on their length of service and experience.
✅ AIESL Graduate Engineer Trainee Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ B.E/ B. Tech Engineering Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical /Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication/ Industrial/ Production/ Chemical Engineering or its equivalent from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University.
✔️ A valid GATE score in relevant discipline – 80% & above for General and 75% & above for SC/ST/OBC.
