JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Technical Team Lead. This individual will be the primary technical leader on a product delivery team and will communicate with groups which include security, operations, and other development teams. As a Lead, this individual will contribute to the success of our engineering teams through collaboration and mentoring. The day-to-day consists of determining next-level-down design to implement system-level architectures; mentoring/assisting more junior team members; delivering quality code that meets performance, security, and maintainability standards; and helping us move into a streamlined microservices architecture.
Responsibilities what will you do:
? Provide primary technical leadership on a product delivery team
? Mentor a product delivery team on improved development techniques and architectural standards
? Determine appropriate design of subsystems to meet system- and enterprise-level architectures
? Contribute as an active member of the team in implementing those designs
? Consistently deliver high-quality software
? Build scalable, enterprise-class software products
? Solve interesting and difficult challenges
? Contribute to and benefit from a team of amazing people
? Coordinate the work of team software engineers
? Facilitate continuous improvement and agile SDLC
? Help us move to, build and manage a microservices architecture
Job Requirements:
? Should have strong experience in microservices architecture.
? Minimum 7-12 years of experience in performance testing & engineering.
? Proven experience in high-level programming languages like Java, Perl
? Proven experience designing and building complex web systems
? Proficiency with the command line, git, and other development tools
? Microservices experience would be highly desired
? PHP and/or WordPress plugin experience a plus
? Very good planning and tracking experience in Agile Scrum Model using Jira/confluence or similar.
? Be proactive, and highly focused towards process, quality, and delivery.
? Strong collaboration skills.
Qualification ? what we expect you to bring
? B.Tech / B.E. / M.C.A. degree or equivalent practical experience
? 10 years of experience developing websites and applications
Nice to Have:
? Development experience with the Perl coding language
? Experience in any of the UI technologies (React JS / Angular / Vue JS, etc)
