Responsibilities • Understand various aspects of the service, and the features and workloads that it supports. • Own one of the one of several important areas (e.g., monitoring, integration testing, storage, networking, production support, etc.) as the lead of that area, providing oversight and guidance to other teammates working in that area. • Work on specific projects. Lead the project across various teams and external vendors, and deliver the projects including gathering the requirements, architecting the solutions, design, implementation, and test plans. • Contribute to scaling of products, both in terms of processes and support software stack.
