Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at GrowwStacks Automation Solutions. The Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in creating and maintaining high-quality software solutions, identifying and resolving technical issues, and developing project plans to effectively manage projects. Additionally, the Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead will provide technical guidance and support to team members, and participate in the development of requirements and specifications for new software products. Qualifications • Strong background in Computer Science • Experience with Back-End Web Development and Software Development • Proficient in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) • Experience in leading a team of software engineers • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and leadership skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
