About the job

The Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team is responsible for performance and brand solutions for Small to Medium Business (SMB) advertisers from mid-market companies to local shops served by the GCS Business. You will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption.

In this role, you will lead the GCS go-to-market strategy, design, and orchestration across a large set of cross-functional partners/teams. You will lead and orchestrate across a set of virtual cross-functional teams to manage go-to-market programs, uncover new insights that help SMBs succeed around the world, and translate these insights into an aligned product roadmap.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$209,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define GCS product and go-to-market strategy within GCS from concept to scale.
  • Build medium term product ideas by identifying key product needs across GCS and partner with Product/Engineering teams to execute plans.
  • Partner with in-region teams to ensure seller readiness to support new products/features.
  • Develop and refine best practices and collateral for planning, pitching, and measuring success.
  • Collaborate cross-functional partners to identify and size market and customer opportunities, plan and manage programs to execute against those opportunities, and partner with sales leadership on achieving strategies globally and in-region.
