Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 20 years of experience in the technology service delivery industry, and 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, partner management, account management, client service, and delivery management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field. Account management, partner service, and management consulting experience.
  • Experience implementing large-scale, technical, B2B delivery programs. Experience working with channel partners.
  • Experience practice management, developing service offerings or leading and managing projects. Understanding of service, pre-sales, solutions, and delivery management principles.
  • Delivery management experience in cloud-based products and technologies. Ability to influence people and drive organizational changes, with problem-solving approach and skills.
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional and geographically spread team. Excellent communication and program management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

As a Partner Delivery Success and Distributed Computing Manager, you will be responsible for working with Google Cloud priority partners to help them achieve their Google Cloud Platform (GCP) delivery standards. You will identify and assess the right partner for opportunities, provide services onboarding, offer delivery support, and help partners develop and execute delivery strategies. You will also build and maintain relationships with partners, identify and address any challenges that partners may face, and gather and analyze data to track partner performance. You will also provide delivery guidance for Distributed Computing.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary customer advocate for a portfolio of partners and channel feedback to Google Professional Services Organization (PSO) to ensure the best Go-to-Market approach.
  • Develop actionable best practice recommendations based on professional services engagements.
  • Support the partner for delivery by bringing Google Professional Services Organization appropriately as part of the delivery model structuring.
  • Act as a link between Google and partner for service delivery and deployment-related aspects.
  • Help build a growing partner community around Google Cloud products including distributed cloud computing.
