Minimum qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in IT and 3 years of experience in inside sales
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in field sales, marketing, or customer success organization
  • People management or team lead experience
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem solving and presentation skills
  • Understanding on Salesforce and other prospecting tools

The Business Development team is focused on cultivating pipeline growth and increasing customer retention through effective account management. As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing programmatic business campaigns by utilizing analytical precision, strategic insights, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize pipeline generation performance of assigned territories by utilizing outbound caller resources effectively, collaborating with Field Sales Directors/Managers.
  • Develop structured hypothesis, perform detailed needs assessments for industries/accounts in coordination with Field Marketing, Technical Leadership, and Sales Operations.
  • Craft and execute scalable campaigns that will contribute to long-term pipeline and business generation. Track and analyze campaign performance and make required changes.
  • Ensure key performance metrics goals are met (e.g., amount and number of sales qualified pipeline, volume of outbound activities, number of unlocked greenfield accounts). Provide onboarding training for new joiners.
  • Coach and guide outbound callers continuously and provide actionable feedback for outbound activities, process/product update, shadowing, etc.
