Eligibility Criteria for Applying this Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024
Age Bond (Age as of March 06, 2024): The candidate must be born between April 1, 1996, and March 31, 2004.
Educational Criteria: Applicants who have completed their Graduation degree in any stream can apply for this Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024.
Application Charges for Applying for these Bank Jobs
- For women, SC, ST, and EWS candidates the application fee will be Rs. 600 + GST.
- For PWD Candidates the application charges will be Rs. 400 + GST.
- For Every Additional Candidate the application fee will be Rs.800 + GST.
Mode of Payment: Applicants have to pay the application fee using online modes. You can use Internet banking, UPI, and Credit/Debit cards for the payment of the application fee.
Selection Process
Candidates who apply for an apprenticeship at the Bank and pay the required online fee will be chosen for engagement through the following selection process:
(i) Objective-type online written test
The online written test will be divided into five sections, which are as follows:
- Computer knowledge, reasoning ability, quantitative skills, and general English proficiency.
- Essential Products for Retail Liability.
- Fundamental Retail Asset Items.
- Fundamental Investment Products.
- Fundamental Insurance Items.
- Based on available positions, selection will be made on merit.
- A merit list will be compiled based on available positions.
- If multiple candidates receive identical marks on the merit list, those candidates will be arranged in descending order of age on the merit list.
(ii) Proof in the Local Language.
The applicant must speak the local language fluently.
The candidate must present a certificate in VIII, X, or XII level work or a graduate degree proving that they have studied the subject in their native tongue.
Registration Process
Before submitting an application for an apprenticeship at the Central Bank of India, the candidate must register on the apprenticeship portal at www.nats.education.gov.in. Only candidates whose profiles on the apprenticeship portal are 100% complete are eligible to apply for apprenticeships at the bank.
Note:
- When applying, candidates may select only one region. Allotment, however, will depend on bank needs and the availability of openings.
- The candidate should not have completed an apprenticeship program through the Central Bank of India or any other organization in the past, nor should they have pursued an apprenticeship program per the Apprentices Act of 1961, as amended from time to time, or been terminated from the program midway through due to the candidate’s own fault.
- Applicants who completed their studies more than a year ago and had training or work experience before that time are not eligible to be hired as apprentices.
- After an apprentice has finished their apprenticeship training, neither the Bank nor the apprentice shall be required to offer or accept employment.
- After completing the training, the apprentice will not be eligible to apply for a job at the bank.
