JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POST OF CORPORATE SALARY
- Responsible for acquiring new Corporate from Open Market, Branch channel, Commercial Banking and References of Corporate Salary business.
- Managing Team of RO/RM+ Operation Team and ensure min productivity per resource must achieve which is set by the bank.
- Have to ensure each person in Team is productive and achieving their scorecard in every month.
- Ensure Cross sale productivity per resource must achieve. Each RO/RM has to do min Cross Sale productivity of 40 Units (RD, FD, SIP, MF, Credit Card, Insurance etc.)
- Have to ensure min 90% accounts will get salary credit within 3 months of sourcing account (including sourcing month).
- Ensure each resource is active in Retail Asset product every month.
- Have to ensure all bank processes and policy govern by bank must follow.
- Ensure MAB, MEB & incremental Salary upload target must achieve by acquiring good corporate.
- Have to manage entire back-end operation work and audit queries

- Payroll Management: The ability to manage employee payroll, including calculating wages and taxes, and ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: The ability to design and administer employee compensation and benefits packages, including salary structures, bonuses, and other incentives.

- Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines related to payroll processing, salary reviews, and other HR-related tasks.
- Data Analysis: The ability to analyze data related to employee salaries, job descriptions, and performance metrics to support decision-making related to salaries, promotions, and other HR-related matters.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and solve problems related to payroll processing, employee compensation, and other HR-related matters.
