WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS EXECUTIVE/Sr.EXECUTIVE
- Communication: Sr. Executive/Executive should have good communication skills and should be able to interact with clients, customers, and colleagues effectively. They should also be able to handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
- Documentation: They should be responsible for maintaining proper documentation, including preparing reports, data entry, and record-keeping. They may also be responsible for handling confidential information and ensuring its security.
- Coordination: Sr. Executive/Executive should be able to coordinate with different departments and teams to ensure smooth functioning of business operations. They may also be responsible for organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Customer Service: They should be able to handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally. They should also be able to resolve issues and provide timely solutions to customers.
- Sales: Sr. Executive/Executive may also be involved in sales-related activities such as lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up with potential clients.
- Administration: They may also be responsible for general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating office maintenance.
