What You Will Be Doing As Technical Support Engineer
- Providing technical support via phone, email, or chat to customers who are experiencing issues with IBM products or services
- Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues using various diagnostic tools and techniques
- Collaborating with other technical support engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to identify and resolve complex problems
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level technical support teams or product development teams as needed
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps taken in IBM’s internal systems
- Continuously improving technical knowledge and skills through training and self-study to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and products.
What You Will Be Doing As Data Scientist?
- The resource would be required to develop and plan required analytic projects in response to business needs. Should have experience in development of data models and protocols for mining production databases.
- Development of analytical models based on the then business requirements and the nature of data. The entire process will be led by the Data Scientist, who would act as an advisor on what analytical reports shall be undertaken. A critical KPI for the Data Scientists is to present a report every quarter on (a) how existing analytical models can be improvised and (b) what new analytical exercise and models need to be taken up
- The resource should bring in thought leadership and drive the team to develop/innovate new analytical methods and/or tools as required or even suo moto

- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Possess good multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to follow-through.
- Strong interpersonal/customer relations skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communications.
- Ability to express complex technical concepts in layman’s terms, both verbally and in writing.
