What You Will Be Doing As Associate Technical Services Engineer

Providing technical support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

Documenting customer issues and resolutions in a knowledge base for future reference
Continuously improving your technical skills and knowledge of MongoDB products and solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and identify the root cause of the problem is essential.
Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, along with proficiency in Linux, is required.
