- Providing technical support to customers for products and services.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns by providing appropriate solutions.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data in the company’s database.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service performance.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Escalating customer issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
Skills Required For Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills: You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide effective support to customers.
- Active listening: You should be able to listen actively to customers to understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
