Position Overview:
We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer (QE) to join the Digital.ai Product Development organization. We are an agile development team with close collaboration across development, quality engineering, documentation, and project management. If you like the idea of developing products that are industry leaders, this is the opportunity to be a part of our journey.
The role of the Software Quality Engineering is to define, write and execute manual and automation tests. In this hands-on position, you will follow industry best practices, and provide guidance on product acceptance criteria. You will be working with a group of quality engineering professionals, who evaluate requirements, validate development practices, and thoroughly test and document software code changes prior to deployment to production.
0 to 2 years’ experience in Manual and Automation testing
Having good analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic Operating systems (Windows /Linux)
Database & basic scripting (python, Java script etc) will be an advantage.
Have a flair to build their career in QE.
Ability to develop comprehensive test scenarios (Test cases) based on requirements (User story)
Understand how bugs/Defects are captured.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools. Automation Tools (Selenium or any) will be an added advantage.
Understand Unit, Integration, System & Acceptance testing.
Understand basic of Functional/Regression/Performance/Security testing.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
