The Practice – A Brief Sketch
The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
The Marketing Transformation Senior Manager is a senior-level position within the Marketing transformation vertical of Accenture GN Song. The individual will be responsible for leading and overseeing strategic strategizing, designing, developing and implementing operating models and build organizational constructs that will empower clients to transform the way they deliver value through marketing. This role requires strong consulting, leadership, and communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing technologies and trends. The key responsibility will include:
• Developing comprehensive marketing strategies, assessing current marketing processes, technologies, and capabilities, and identifying areas for improvement and transformation
• Creating new operating models and organizational structures that encompass people, processes, technology and governance within and across marketing organizations to drive value and achieve desired business outcomes.
• Leading teams to deliver value through developing new and updated operating models, marketing processes, change, training and communication plans for clients undergoing transformation.
• Collaborating closely with the clients to gather and analyze information, determine valuable opportunities for improving integrated marketing performance and operations, and orchestrate roadmaps, organizations an

Qualifications

• Strong client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders
• Team building skills to collaborate, work and motivate teams with diverse skills and experience to achieve goals
• Possess strong leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members
• Identify new opportunities, develop solutions and own proposals end to end
• Contribute to offering development skills to identify areas of growth related to specific skills, platforms, assets etc. that contribute to enhancing the brand and creative strategy offering
Your experience counts!
• MBA from a tier 1 institute with preferably bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• Overall experience of 12+ years with at least 6 years in digital transformation, or digital marketing with a major consulting firm or advertising agency or leading MnC
• Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations
• Hands-on experience and understanding of tools / platforms (like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems, Content Management Systems (CMS), Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Management Platforms (DMP), Customer Journey Mapping Tools, Customer Journey Mapping Tools, Project Management Software like Asana, Trello, or Jira etc.)
• Experience in working across multiple industries
• Experience in setting up and growing teams to meet needs across skills, geographies and industries
