Eligibility Criteria for Applying SSC Constable GD Recruitment

Age Restrictions (effective as of January 8, 2023): The minimum age is 18 years old and the Maximum age is 23 Years for applying for these Government jobs for constable posts. In a regular course, candidates should not have been born before 02-08-2000 or after 01-08-2005. The age relaxation is allowed under the guidelines.

Process of SSC GD Constable 2023 Selection

The following steps make up the SSC GD Constable selection process:

Computer-Based Test (CBT): Examining candidates’ proficiency in general English/Hindi, general awareness, mathematics, and reasoning, the CBT is an objective one-hour test.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST): Those who pass the CBT are required to take the PET and PST, which are administered at different locations chosen by the CAPFs.
