We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Pune, Mahrshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Responsibilities

Technical knowledge and experience on NICE Engage 6.x recording solutions, Nice Trading Recording, Verba recording platform to maintain the system with no potential issues.
Good to have knowledge of Cisco, Avaya, IPC trading platforms, Compliance Surveillance.
Management and Oversight of APAV and EMEA based Implementation team. Work as a member of a global, follow-the-sun operational Project team, collaborating with other team members/regions.
Work on multiple project tasks, gathering information regarding the technical problems that accrued by, to diagnose and troubleshoot the problem in the system.
Work with L2 & L3 OPS team, OEM Project & Support teams, CTI teams to address Recording and Compliance application related product issues and resolve high-level issues.
Perform upgrade activities in the system based on approval from the respective on the effort and timelines.
Maintain quality and on-going internal and external communication throughout analysis.
Contribute to the Knowledge Base, documentation of the troubleshooting analysis and problem resolution steps and participate in Educating/Mentoring the team and other team members.
Initiate and perform changes on production systems and proactively escalate any issues that cannot be resolved within the established timeframes/SLAs.
ADHOC requirement and activities related to NICE, Verba recording.
Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Perform Change management in accordance with change management procedures.
Good to have knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira process. Experience of Team Management.
Relational databases knowledge. Good SQL skills preferred.
Act as a point of contact for all service delivery issues/ pending work/ escalations.
