Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience manipulating data sets with SQL and using statistics to solve technical problems.
- Experience executing operational projects, project management approaches, tools, and phases.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading technical, ambiguous, complex, and cross-functional projects.
- Experience with Coding and building Data Pipelines, Data Warehouses, and Data Lakes.
- Experience leading complex initiatives from strategy to execution and delivering results while managing multiple tasks with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure requirements.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $167,000-$256,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of Critical System Health Program Managers to deliver against the team’s key objectives, while also building an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- Define the team’s strategic priorities, operating model, and overall approach for improving the most critical Google Customer Solutions (GCS) systems/tools and associated infrastructure improvements, to detect and prevent issues from occurring.
- Build strong relationships and skillfully influence both technical and business leaders across key cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales Finance, CSO, Business Programs, Sales, etc.) to enable the team and drive change.
- Coach the team for structuring both technical and business problems that enable effective identification, diagnosis, monitoring, and ultimately improvement of GCS systems and tools.
