Swiggy – Associate Analyst – Python/SQL

Job Description :

Mandatory :

Employees will have the freedom to work remotely all through the year. These employees, who form a large majority, will come together in their base location for a week, once every quarter.

Roles and Responsibilities :

– Generating reports on business performance, feature adoption and impact assessment

– Create, improve, monitor and maintain Power BI dashboards

– Assist non-technical stakeholders in querying data from multiple sources

– Perform data QC and validation as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency

Required Skills :

– 2+ years of experience in a similar profile

– Solid SQL fundamentals and hands-on experience using joins, aggregations and window functions

– Strong quantitative and analytical foundations, experience working with complex data

– Comfortable using Excel for advanced formulae, pivots and charts

– Some experience with Power BI or similar tools for dashboard creation and maintenance

– Ability and drive to learn and upskill quickly and consistently

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and commitment

– Experience with Python, GitHub, Databricks, etc. is good to have but not necessary
