Who we are?
We are Probus Smart Things and are working on IoT solutions that can be used to solve massive scale problems by connecting things to people.
At Probus we are digitizing the electricity distribution grids to bring down network losses and ensure that electricity reaches every house-hold.
We do this by building sensors, controllers, low power edge devices, connect and manage multiple sensors with our ecosystem.
Probus Smart Things has been awarded as the Startup of the Year 2018 and our wireless technology in2020, has been awarded by India Smart Grid Forum, Government of India.
Probus has also been mentored by Cisco and Qualcomm in their startup accelerators.
We are a Venture Capital funded company and have raised our pre-series-A round in 2021.
We are looking for passionate electronics engineers to build the hardware that runs on edge computing, system on chips, communicates with cloud servers, server-less containers, and everything in between.

During your time with Probus Smart Things :
– You will utilize advanced Java, Android, and Kotlin expertise to design and develop cutting edge mobile applications for Android platforms.
– Proficiently employ JavaScript, React Native, and Typescript to create responsive and engaging user interfaces, ensuring seamless functionality across various devices.
– Manage and implement SQLite databases, integrating and organizing data for optimal performance within applications.
– Oversee push messaging and cloud notification systems, ensuring efficient and effective communication between applications and users.
– Develop and enhance native modules to augment application capabilities and performance.
– Integrate RESTful APIs seamlessly into applications, ensuring smooth data exchange and functionality.
– Collaborate on UI/UX development, ensuring interactive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.
– Possess a comprehensive understanding of Android/iOS systems, including multithreading, I/O, messaging, instrumentation, and related concepts.
– Apply strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures to optimize application performance and efficiency.
