As an Executive Risk Operation Strategist, you will be responsible for leading department wide projects to drive impact that changes the way Trust and Safety and Google operate. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive impact at a wider team level, across multiple aspects of abuse and harm-fighting and mitigation.
- Initiate and lead projects to resolve abuse and harm-fighting and mitigation problems and build trusted user experiences of high complexity.
- Manage programs of a complex and ambiguous nature by streamlining new processes and organizing tasks into clear goals and objectives. Build new processes, procedures, methods, tests, and components with foresight to anticipate and address future issues before they arise.
- Act as a reliable domain expert in business and data analytics, statistical methods, and business context for one or more client organizations and cross-functional stakeholders.
