1 . Responsible for the administrative and technical functionality
2 . Developing the computer system in a way that is user friendly for the team and other employees
3 . Troubleshoot for issues related to Operating systems, network issues, and software up-gradation or installation
4 . Check and ensure systems are updated and perform system diagnosis repair and update at regular intervals
5 . upgrades of hardware and software systems.
6 . Track and monitor security of hardware and software systems
7 . Update Anti-virus regularly and share necessary information with users regarding potential risks.
8 . Conduct regular backups to maintain data integrity
